Come and bag an early seasonal bargain at the Hernhill Christmas Craft Fair next week.
Between 10.30am – 4pm on Saturday 12 November, St Michael’s Church will be hosting the event, and there will also be refreshments and light lunches served, with all donations and profits in aid of the church.
There will be additional parking in the yard opposite the village green on the day; get ahead of the crowds and find an early Christmas gift! Find out more about the church and its location here.

Christmas markets will be open on Sunday 16 and Sunday 23 of December; children can play ‘Spot the Santa’ in shop windows throughout the town for a chance to enter a prize draw; Santa will be at his grotto in the Alexander Centre from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 December.
The annual carol-singing in the market square will be on Saturday 22 December at 7pm, and is always a special community moment.
With other markets over the month of December, and free parking in Swale Borough-operated car-parks in the town after 3pm on selected days, there is plenty to get excited about in Faversham over the festive season.

It comes as something of a surprise to realise that the Forum is now a year old. From its humble beginnings mid-December last year, it’s grown to embrace new columns and ideas, curriculum resources and links, a newsletter, and has promoted a wealth of events over the course of the year. There’s been some terrific family activities and workshops, and a building sense of a vibrant local community.
With thanks to everyone who has supported the Forum these past twelve months; all those who’ve visited, clicked, commented, posted and who have been involved in the range of activities and events this year.
