Just three days to go until the Village ‘Big Jubilee Lunch‘ on and around the village green from 12pm on Sunday 3 June.
Setting up from 11.30am, bring your tables, chairs, rugs and a picnic lunch. The Red Lion is making its children’s play-area available all day.
The two roads bordering the village green will be closed for part of the day, in order to make the event safer for families and for children. Car-parking areas will be available at Church Farm, Mount Ephraim Coach Drive, Crockham Lane (behind the Manor Houses) and next to the old shop at Dale Farm (by kind permission of Will Dawes, Ian Machin and Jane Foreman).
Following a special Jubilee Service at St Michael’s Church at 10am, the event will start at 12pm; there’ll be Jazz on the Green from 3-5pm, pork rolls and apple sauce at the Red Lion at 5pm, and then a disco from 5-9pm.

See you all there!
